Privacy policy
Glass Viper is an offline game. It does not require a player account. This policy describes the offline version, with advertising and in-app purchases disabled.
Information stored on your device
The game saves campaign progress, settings, owned and selected skins, gem balances, daily reward dates and revive progress locally on your device. The publisher does not automatically receive this information. The game does not use active advertising or analytics services in this version.
Optional performance reports and support
A local performance report may contain your device model, platform, graphics settings, stage, snake length and frame timing statistics. The report stays on your device unless you choose to copy it and send it to support. There is no automatic report upload.
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, including your email address, messages, attachments and any report you include. We use this correspondence to respond to your request and investigate the issue. Support correspondence may be retained while resolving the request and as reasonably necessary for related follow-up. You can contact us to request deletion of correspondence you have provided, subject to applicable legal obligations. Email providers may also process correspondence under their own policies.
Permissions and platform services
The Android offline version does not request internet, advertising-ID, camera, microphone, contacts or location permissions. Your operating system and app store may independently process information under their own policies. Device backup and restore features may retain local game information according to your system settings.
Your choices
You can remove local game information using your device鈥檚 app-data controls or by uninstalling the game, subject to operating-system backup behavior. This can remove your progress. There is no online game account to delete. For questions or requests about information you voluntarily sent to support, email Admin@AmeerUSA.com.
Children
The game does not ask players to submit personal information. If you believe information about a child has been sent to the publisher, contact us so we can address it.
Policy changes
If we introduce advertising, purchases, accounts, analytics or online features, we will update this policy and the relevant store disclosures. The effective date above identifies this version.
This website
These information pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms or cookies set by our page code. When you choose a language, the website saves only that preference in your browser鈥檚 local storage, if available. You can remove it by clearing this website鈥檚 data in your browser. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and server logs, to deliver and secure the website.
